Congratulations once more to Gillian Ball on completing The London Marathon on 23 April 2006, in 5hr 49 mins 23 secs!  Her nominated charity is the National Autistic Society and if you would like to make a donation in recognition of her excellent effort she has a secure 'just-giving' web-site which means the money goes directly to the charity www.justgiving.com/gillyball. Her weight-loss (45 kgs) and sporting achievements after Lap band surgery should encourage all Lap Band patients as will her before- and after- Lap band surgery photographs.
